Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Salary: UGX 1,000,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through effective
sales strategies.
Promote and sell company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business
opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and prepare
performance reports.
Represent the company during marketing events,
activations, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or
insurance sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with
minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive
environment.
