Role Overview
As an Account Manager (AM), you will own the full sales cycle from qualified, leading to closed deals. You will work closely with SDRs (or generate your own pipeline) to identify opportunities, run product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
This is a quota-carrying role critical to revenue growth, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing)
Convert qualified leads into paying customers
Conduct product demos tailored to health facilities; hospitals and clinics
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
Identify new opportunities within target markets
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Strong industry knowledge (healthcare) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
Experience selling tech solutions in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
